Problems with Control Orders is not an excuse for less Civil Liberties

I am really annoyed at how the government have been able to take the initiative on the issues surrounding the disappearance of two suspects who are on Control Orders.

Having two absconders, to me, should not provide an excuse for the Government to spin a demand for stricter measures, which also mean less civil Liberties. It does provide yet another reason to demand decent management in the Home Office and adds weight to the case for a more competent Government.
