Business As Usual
Sky News are reporting that a downing Street Adviser has been interviewed in connection with the cash for peerages investigations. I'm sure GUIDO will have his say on this, but I was interested in the way Sky News reported it. The comment was made that just a day after the Labour Party Conference and it's business as usual.
It is astonishing that the media feel able to describe a senior Government figure being investigated over possible corruption allegations as "business as usual." It shows the depths to which British politics has sank.
