Martin Bell - the forgotten man in the white suit

I am please to say that, so far, Martin Bell's involvement in the Eastern region elections for the European Parliament seems to have gone completely un-noticed by the electorate. I say this having spent a day on Saturday doing some meeting and greeting with two European candidates.

One has to applaud Martin Bell's stated aims. But he seems to go about it by winding up the very people whose co-operation he needs. Most politicians are honest; by alienating your self from every politician there is never a chance of making a difference. I hope, after Martin Bell has failed on June 10th, that he sits down and rethinks how he is going to achieve his aim.
