Security Council Seat Under Threat

BAck in June I wrote that I felt the EU Treaty was the start of our place on the UN Security Council being under threat.

It seems that Labour Ministers also believe this to be the case.

We need a referendum.

When it comes down to it the issue about whether there should be a referendum on the EU treaty is simply about whether we cede any more power to Brussels.

In fact this treaty does exactly that and, with the official recognition of a EU Foreign policy, we begin to reach a point where Britain is in danger of losing its permanent place on the UN Security Council.

We should have a referendum.
