What a pity you feel the need to be so smug about the election results! But in my experience, smugness is one thing that tories are very good at! I think its a real shame that Fenland is represented by some people whose main priority appears to be lining their own pockets rather than representing the people of Fenland!! I expect we will see some of the councillors appearing soon in Private Eye, I refer, of course, to the Rotten Boroughs section of that publication! However, not to worry, I'm quite sure that with such a large majority, it won't be long before the infighting, bitching and back stabbing (which conservatives are so good at), will start. Stormy years ahead I feel! Lets hope the electorate finally wakes up and realises that they have just voted for another four years of inaction.
I have every right to be proud of being a part in that result in Fenland. It is hugely significant, and is a refletion of an improving National position for the Conservatives as well as a high level of satisfaction from the people of Fenland, but I don't actually believe I was smug - merely factual.
The rest of your post is ust malicious rubbish - which is probably why it was posted anonymously.
