Right to Roam

David Milliband is apparently seeking to create a coastal path right around England, which will match the one going around Scotland and one under construction in Wales.

I think this is a great idea. There are already some spectacular coastal paths in England, the South-West path is probably the most famous. Improving access to our coastline has to be a good thing; it will be a great boost for Tourism.
