This Week’s Revelation

Apparently there is a leaflet circulating letting people know that I used to be a Conservative.

It’s not much of a revelation and it isn’t something I have chosen to hide.

I left the Conservative Party over two years ago. It probably says something about my judgement thatI found I could not, in all conscience, ramain a member of the Conservative Party and that back then I foresaw the disaster that we are seeing unfold at the moment.

The party as it exists has many, many faults but the main one for me is that it has lost any sense of compassion; a political party that has no compassion will never get my support.
