Don't Con Us, Lead Us

I have been catching up on some the stuff I missed last week and found this gem on Nick Robinson's Blog, which outlines Blair's strategy for climbing out of the hole he is in - which is to bluff until the World Cup comes along in the hope that after that no-one will care any more.

I find this sort of strategy from Blair totally distasteful. Instead of using your nouse to sort out everything that is wrong, once again he resorts to spinning his way out. This Government has made more mistakes than I could mention (even in just the past month). People could perhaps be more forgiving if they tried to learn instead of resorting to the same failed techniques that pretend the problems no longer exist.
