Hoon the Poodle gets it wrong again
A leaked briefing note advising Ministers how to avoid answering questions about rendition flights has been exposed by the New Statesman. It also highlights that rendition is "is almost certainly illegal".
Apparently, the Government’s head poodle, Geoff Hoon, says it is OK because the full facts have now been revealed; a typical, pompous New Labour response. It is not alright because:
When Geoff Hoon says it’s alright, it is the surest sign ever that the Spin Machine is in full flow doing its best to talk the Government out of a crisis. Next he’ll be telling us Ruth Kelly is Ok.
